Clarion Paris CDG Airport

“I am travelling with 2 teenage young adults. We were stranded in Paris due to the Iran-US war started a day before we departure date. We were offered 2 rooms for 4 Days with 3 meals during the entire time. Room was huge and clean, however, the housekeeping did not make up our room for 2 days in a row, nevertheless, they were extremely nice people. I requested 2 bottles of water, she gave us 4 and even told us to take whatever items we needed to replenish for the room. Two Front Desk staff are not very friendly at times, but, the rest of the team was great and helpful. Whereas, the staff in charged of dining, during both breakfast, lunch and Dinner was indeed very kind and wonderful people. Especially Mr Yusoff (hope I spell correctly) and the other lady always serving us during dinner hours were fantastic. Hotel is near to the airport, which is around 10 mins by shuttle. You may use Uber and it is slightly cheaper than using the 3rd party shuttle. Near by to Aeroville mall with lots of boutiques to shop and a huge supermarket. Great airport hotel allocated. Huge room with kitchenette and both shower and toilet are separated and it also comes with a bathtub. Thanks to Emirates for this extra extension of 4 days in total.”

“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel for several reasons. Its location is very convenient, being close to the airport and Aéroville Mall. The rooms are spacious and well equipped w/ a functional kitchen, and I especially loved having a balcony. The pool area is great and perfect for relaxing. Above all, the restaurant staff truly stood out. Mr. Fethi was extremely kind and attentive to guests’ needs, and Mr. Youssouf (Yousef) was very warm and welcoming. I had a brief but pleasant conversation with him that made the experience even better. They are both wonderful people who truly make this hotel a great place to stay. Keep up the great work! You are a real asset to the hotel.”

“Stayed here for a day and had a wonderful stay,room was equipped with cooking range,microwave and clothes dryer. Bed was not much comfortable as I expected,however managed to rest before my flight. Nice pool facility with a water station and small snacks too.Very friendly service from Salma,always assisting her guests with smile,she was professional and approachable too.Thank you salma for your excellent hospitality.Keep it up.”

“We had a really great night here, location was exactly where we needed to be, close to the airport and close to car chargers! The staff were very friendly however i thought it was a bit silly that i had to pay to use the pool.... it should be included in the stay, the pool was nice with a back massagwr fountain, thr hot tub not hot enough or big enough, sauna was nice but the door was hard to open. The Room was comfy had a nice balcony tv worked well even found some english stations, the tub was a bit tricky to use but figured it out, nice to have the clothes heater in the bathroom. Overall nice stay thanks”
